LabSys LIMS interfaces with Quality Analyst from NWA. With Quality Analyst, you can access the full repository of LabSys LIMS data available. Using ODBC connections to the database allows you to define what data to analyze and report without requiring any programming.
NWA Quality Analyst provides comprehensive charting and analysis capabilities with interactive operation, including fast, simple charting, simple, direct data and chart setup, multiple chart display and printing and wizard-guided automation. You can define any chart to meet internal, customer, or regulatory requirements.

LabSys LIMS uses the industry standard reporting functions of Crystal Reports. A runtime licence for Crystal Reports is included with each LabSys LIMS licence. This allows you to generate and print high-quality Certificates of Analysis and operational reports as standard. Should you wish to adapt and design the supplied reports then Seagate Crystal Reports Standard Edition and the appropriate licence is required.

A standard feature of any LIMS has to be label printing, to provide this functionality LabSys LIMS uses a run-time version of LLM-WIN32 from Loftware to print defined barcode labels on a wide variety of dedicated label printers or on standard laser printers. To customize the layout of your labels or to design new formats LabSys LIMS supports the use of LLM-WIN32 as an easy to use graphical interface for designing barcode labeling systems with no programming required!
The full LLM-WIN32 product includes four powerful design and printing modules: Label Design, On Demand Print, Batch Print and Range Print.
